Yes, it’s a parody

Valkyrie

I’d like to be a Valkyrie
With a big sword made of lightning and a steed!
We’d ride the storms and break social norms
With my big sword made of lightning and a steed!

I’d bring my friends to be Valkyries with me
And we’d all go and see the armory!
Oh I’d like to be a Valkyrie
With a big sword made of lightning and a steed!

We’d have it all, in our mead hall
Atop a mountain fortress made of glass.
We charge the lines and rack up fines,
Making sure that righteous justice comes to pass!

And can’t you see it if you close your eyes?
A horde of mighty women in the sky…
Oh I’d like to be a Valkyrie
With a big sword made of lighting and a steed!

Yes, it’s been awhile. I promise to put up the backlog in my actual, physical notebooks. It’s funny, this came to me all at once about an hour ago. Meanwhile, I’ve been toiling at a three-part poem about hiking in the Southwest that feels like it’s going nowhere. Must be stressed about something…

Anyway, go vote.
